Shipping & Delivery will be handled by our shipping partner UPS. A Track & Trace code will be issued as soon as your order is ready for shipment.

Orders received before noon (CET) will be handled the same day. If applicable, extra duties or taxes will be handled by UPS.

Pickup Orders

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order from the webshop.

Rates

UPS Express saver is the fastest possible delivery method. Contact your account manager for more options.

Shipping Quotes are standard UPS rates for sending from the Netherlands. Please check the delivery address if the rate is unexpected.

Why is there a maximum order quantity?

The handling restrictions of the transport company limit the maximum weight of your order.

The total weight of the products in your cart is updated automatically. When the limit is reached, the following message will appear: "The maximum order weight has been reached".

Our lightweight sustainable Kegs are measured in volume weight by transport partners. This means that the 20 ltr Keg weighs 1,5 kg including packaging, but is 12 kg in volume weight.

The methods of payment are optimized for your country. Extra verification could be asked by our payment partner.

If you want to cancel your order before shipping has occurred, please contact the Webshop.

Warranty

Is my product under warranty?

We make a distinction between the warranty for KeyKegs and the warranty for accessories:

• For KeyKeg warranty conditions, please refer to our general terms and conditions.
• For accessory warranty conditions, each relevant manufacture’s terms apply.

Returns

We believe in our high-quality products. But sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In these cases, we will do all we can to try and help.

• Unused products may be exchanged if they are packed in their original packaging;
• Please contact us if you would like to exchange a product: webshop@keykeg.com. We will contact you within a few days;
• Used products cannot be exchanged.

Defective products

Please contact us if you have questions about defective products: support@keykeg.com. Please include a description of the defect and any questions you have. Please also attach supporting photographs. After receiving your e-mail, we will assess the problem and inform you within a few working days whether the defect is under warranty or not. We will also inform you if a repair not covered by the warranty is necessary, including any additional costs.

Most restocks take 2 weeks or less.

Is KeyKeg sustainable?

Yes. Our goal is reusing all empty KeyKegs as recycled materials for new Kegs instead of letting them be incinerated or used as landfill.

86% of every empty Keg is currently suitable for recycling, but our aim is to reach 100%. Every new Keg contains at least 39% recycled materials, yet that number will steadily increase as we collect more empty Kegs for recycling into new Kegs.

KeyKeg is compatible with ISO 18604 — the international standard for packaging-material recycling and the environment. We also use Life Cycle Assessment to quantify KeyKeg's environmental impact, which guides sustainability improvements across the supply chain.
